What is Digital Repo?
Digital Repo is an online computer, network and other technology product and services vendor that provides products and services from top quality vendors and wholesalers. We acquire software from authenticated and certified distributors, which allows the security and service support provided by manufacturers. Some vendors may require special information for Business Customers.
I am not a business, can I purchase as a individual.
Yes, you are completely free to purchase as an individual. We do not exclusively only sell to businesses.
However it should be noted that some products may require existing business agreements in order to be purchased or may exclusively require a business in order to purchase. These are manufacturer requirements that we cannot override.
Any products that do not require end-user conditions you can purchase at your leisure.
What payment options do you offer?
We have delegated secure payment transactions through Stripe. We offer all major US credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Google Pay, ACH Direct Transfer and PayPal. All payment purchases are secured and encrypted.
For additional security, you have the option to opt-in to free Identity Protection services through TrustedSite. Simply activate on the order confirmation page for your free coverage!
What if I need cloud subscriptions?
If you need cloud service subscriptions for volume licensing for your business or other purposes you will need to have a Cloud Marketplace account. You can request to be enrolled by filling out the Account Request form.
Is DigitalRepo.IO an authorized distributor for my vendor’s products?

Its not a problem. Simply reach out to us at any contact method offered on the contact page or use the chat at the bottom right. We will provide a free consultation as well as a direct quote for the products recommended. We can become your dedicated Partner as well or you are free to register another Partner (for example with Microsoft).
Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely. Since a majority of the products we are selling require end-user registration in order to enable additional functionality or services (i.e. Cisco Application Licenses), you will be kept well informed along the journey of your purchase’s travels as it makes its way to you. Is there any special information required for an order to be placed?
This depends on the type of purchase you are making. Some of the enterprise and business specific network hardware providers may require additional information. Additionally some additional products like software may require your existing agreement ID for it to be added properly under the correct account. If these are necessary we will reach out to you prior to placing any orders.
Are accounts required to purchase?
No, you can purchase from us without making an account in most cases. However, some products may require end-user information or may require existing agreements in order to be purchased. In these cases we would require you to make an account as we would need more streamlined communication with you as well as methods to store additional identifiers.
If an account will be necessary, we will reach out to you to provide details as to why.
Can I provide my business agreement information beforehand?
Yes, if you have an account you will have fields to enter additional information in the My Account pages.
