Physical Items
Physical items are sent via standard couriers to all US states and will have tracking as applicable. Larger items may require signature. Once payment is cleared item will be set for dispatch which can include up to 3 days handling time. Typical deliveries are made within 7 days. Informational updates will be provided as available.
In the event an item is not available after purchase is made, automatic refund will be enacted and an explanation email will be sent.
Software
Software items are sent depending on their format. Digital items are sent via email and are sent within 48 hours of purchase. Physical software, box products, and/or product key cards are sent via physical mail and will be delivered within 7 days of original order once payments have been cleared.
US orders will qualify for free shipping for orders that are over $100. Shipping will be provided through the same services for free shipping.
US: Alaska and Hawaii:
The same shipping services are provided to Alaska and Hawaii. However, free shipping is not available to these locations and there is a flat rate charge of $16.00 for shipping applied to all orders delivered to these regions.
Canada:
Some items may qualify for delivery to Canada. Canada is international and shipping to Canada will incur a standard flat rate cost of $24. The item will be sent via USPS International and tracking will be provided. Please be aware it can take significant time for international orders to arrive.

All Orders:
Please allow for up to 20 days for your order to arrive. While most orders will typically arrive within 7 days, in some cases it may take longer based on item availability and other market processes. If you do not have not received a tracking number within the first 5 days, you can request an update. Receiving a tracking number does not mean the order has been sent out at that time but is still being prepared to be shipped out. Most orders will be shipped within 5 days.
For orders placed to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow extra time for your order to arrive as shipping procedures may vary for your regions.
