Description

Windows Server 2012 R2 Remote Desktop Services Client Access Licenses allow for devices to connect to a Remote Desktop Session Host for remote connections to business resources. This license pack is installable on a RDS Licensing Server and will then issue licenses to connecting devices.

 

This license pack is for 50 Users. This will allow for 50 different users to be issued licenses for RDS Session Host connections. Licenses can be managed by an IT Administrator or other qualified manager to allow for issuance or removal of stale devices.

 

Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS licenses are valid for any server version lower than the current issuance. For example, Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS licenses can be installed on Windows Server 2012, and Windows Server 2008 R2, but would not be valid to be installed on a RDS License Server running on Windows Server 2016.
